16th July update
Just thought I would clarify our thoughts moving forward.
Although we could open up fully next week we have decided to be cautious – So we will still be wearing facemasks when we are at your table.
We will be keeping the hand sanitising points.
Wherever possible we will offer table service
We won’t have tables too close together and we will be keeping the marquee up for the foreseeable future.
Our maximum table inside will be for 10 and 12 in the marquee.
We do still have to limit numbers and ask you to adhere to timings as (like everyone else in hospitality) we are working with less chefs in the kitchen.
Please book whenever you can as we are so busy we can’t always cater for ‘walk-ins’
Look forward to seeing you all!!
Liz and the Crew
Also any chefs out there looking to work in a friendly, busy environment- 4.5 days a week (Sunday evenings/Christmas Day off)- please get in touch!!!!

Built in 1840, The Rockingham Arms is a cosy old village pub full of character.
Traditional values and a warm welcome, serving comforting home cooked food, real ales, great wines and good coffee.
And our back garden leads straight onto the beautiful Canada Common, a National Heritage area.
We are a very dog friendly pub, and happy to take bookings in the Bar area for you and your 4 legged friends.
